A monthly subscription to the RENDRAX app, and optionally a hardware kit. They are two separate purchases: the subscription renews monthly until you cancel, the hardware is bought once.
The kit is sold as a pre-order. The shipping window shown at checkout is our best estimate, and if it moves we will email you and tell you why. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships, for any reason or none. After delivery you have 30 days to return it.
The kit includes three months of the app. Those months start the day your first camera reports, not the day you order, so shipping time does not come out of them. After that the subscription renews at the listed price unless you cancel.
Cancel from your account at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your pet's record, photos, vaccine dates, history and everything a business sent you stay open and free. What pauses is the part that reads the camera. We do not lock what you already own behind a plan, and we never charge anyone for receiving what the other side sent them.
It is not a veterinarian and it is not a diagnosis. It reports what it sees and tells you when it is unsure. It is not a security system, a medical device, or a substitute for calling a professional. In an emergency, call your vet or a poison control line first.
You are responsible for what happens under your login. If you put a camera where there are employees or customers, written consent is on you, not on us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
