Your name and email when you create an account. Your phone number if you choose to get text alerts. What you write about your pets: their record, their photos, their vaccines, their history. If you buy hardware, the shipping address and the last four digits of your card — the full card number never touches our servers, it goes straight to Stripe.
When you ask a question about a photo, that photo is sent to Anthropic's API to be read, and the answer comes back to you. The photo is resized before it is sent. Anthropic does not use API content to train their models. We store the photo and the answer in your account so you can look at them later; you can delete either at any time.
We do not sell your data. We do not sell your email. We do not show ads. We do not let anyone pay to appear higher in a list of vets or groomers — a verified badge can be bought, a position in the list cannot.
Video stays on your network. We do not keep a copy of your video. What leaves your house is a still image, only when something happens, and only while you are out: the camera goes quiet when you are home.
Export everything we have about you. Delete your account and everything in it. Correct anything that is wrong. Write to hello@rendrax.com and we do it — no form, no retention team, no third email asking if you are sure.
RENDRAX is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
We post the new date at the top. If the change actually matters, we email you before it takes effect, not after.
